
 
HOW TO ORDER
On most items, simply clicking the "order" button will place that item in your shopping cart. On many items there are options available (size, color, etc...) that you should choose before clicking on the order button. Once you press the order button, you will be directed to your shopping cart where you can review the item and any optional choices made. You can also change the quantity (the default is 1) for additional discounts on many items.
Once at the secure cart, you can preview your order as it accumulates and then return to the page you were shopping.
When you are satisfied with your purchases and wish to have the order processed, proceed to checkout.
COOKIES
You don't want another shopper putting items into your shopping basket. Our cookies are tiny "byte-sized" computer morsels that get sent to your computer from our computer so that our cart can identify your personal shopping basket by number. That way, your product choices go into your cart and other shopper's choices go into their own buggies.
Your web browser automatically deletes our "cookies" after a few hours so that they don't take up unnecessary space.
If you are shopping at PPE Pet Supplies with your cookies "disabled" your shopping basket may not work effectively. If that happens either re-enable your cookies in your browser options or call our order desk at 1-903-693-8034.
SECURITY
Easy & Secure Ordering. Our Shopping Cart is encrypted with 128 bit encryption and secured by one of the most trusted names in web transactions.
PRICE CHANGES
Because we deal with literally hundreds of suppliers and manufacturers and suppliers' prices change, our prices are in constant flux. Prices in our on-line catalogue are kept current on a daily basis, however, we are not responsible for typographical errors, and prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
On all orders with Expedited shipping, 2nd day air, next day air, etc..., We will make every attemt to process, pull, pack, and ship your order as soon as possible but, orders are still processed in the order they arrive. Your shipping choice is for the actual shipping method used. Items ordered with "2nd day air" delivery will not neccesarily be delivered in 2 days from the time the order was placed but should arrive within 2 day's of when the order was SHIPPED.
BACK ORDERS AND DISCONTINUED
From time to time (and much to our dismay), shortages and out of stocks will occur. Items may be back ordered for three reasons:
There is more demand for the item than we originally anticipated, and our suppliers have to re-supply us with the additional inventory.
The manufacturer has failed to ship to us in a timely manner due to a shortage of parts, materials, etc.
Transportation strikes, natural disasters, etc.
When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within 5 working days of the date of your order.
If we don't anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the 5-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a backorder unless the customer requests that we not ship back orders. Out-of-stock items priced under $15.00 will be deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
Discontinued items will, of course, not be shipped.
You will receive a notice in the first package indicating the dispensation of any items not shipped.

We want you to try anything on our web-site risk-free. You'll usually find our product descriptions more complete than other pet supply catalogues. We feel that the more you know about a product, the more likely you are to like it when it arrives.
That's important to us because when you do receive a product from us, you have 10 days from the date you receive the item to decide if
it is what you expectedit fits your needsit is what you want
If, upon viewing an item, you're not delighted with any merchandise you buy from us, let us know via e-mail at info@ppewholesale.com. We will reply to your e-mail with return instructions and a return authorization number. PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise must be in new, resellable condition for a refund.
We are happy to exchange wrong size items for you providing the following criteria are met:- The Item is still in new, “in the box” condition and re-sellable
- The item is returned with a copy of the original invoice with a note to let us know what size you need.
- Return postage (or a stamped, self-addressed envelope/box to send the replacement items back to you in.
- Include a copy of your e-mail from us with the return authorization number.
- write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package near our address.
When we receive your return, we'll exchange it or refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling), whichever you prefer. (Please allow 10-21 days for credit issue)
NOTE ON RETURNS: If an item is returned and was included on an order that qualified for free shipping originally, The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item LESS the appropriate shipping charge for the item by itself. If the returned items drop the total value of the order beneath the free shipping threshold of the free shipping offer, Shipping for the entire order will be subtracted from the refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
PPE Pet Supplies is always concerned about your satisfaction. However, we regret that dog apparel, personalized items, books and videos, and special order items such as Edemco Grooming tables cannot be returned to us unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.
DOG APPAREL IS NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUNDS - REFUNDS FOR RETURNED DOG APPAREL ITEMS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT GOOD TOWARD A FUTURE PURCHASE. We had to institute this policy some time ago to protect the health of our customers dogs. Fleas and mange are just 2 of the problems that can be transferred from one dog to another through used clothing, and there are many others.
DOG APPAREL MAY BE EXCHANGED because of a sizing or color issue so long as the exchange is for a similar item. (Larger sizes may require an additional charge. Most apparrel items are priced in a graduated scale by size) Exchange requests must be received within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. (when an exchange is made we launder the returned item and donate it to any one of a variety of local shelters)

Levi sends his thanks to you and to all the others at PPE for the “goodies” that came in this week. (Well, he sorta ignored the bath products, but he’ll appreciate how much better he feels after it stops raining here and we can try them out.) You called it just right on the Jack-O-Lantern shirt, as it’s a perfect fit. He wore it happily from the time we opened the box until time for him to “go bushes” in the rain ~ several hours. And the HD Bedroll J – which came in today – is super! Even though you described it well, I didn’t expect it to be so compact, or that the outside would be so dirt- and dog hair-resistant and as easy to clean … or that the inside would be so plush! This is the first HD bedroll I’ve seen since one I missed last year, and yours appears to be so much better that I’m glad we waited for this one. Levi paused in his search for whatever toy to test the soft interior and signal his approval. Jim’s not yet seen it, but I’m sure he’ll agree that this is just what we need for the sidecar.
What bulk Levi has is in the big muscles of his upper forelegs and the even bigger ones of his haunches and back legs so typical of both boxer & whippet. With almost no fat and very little hair, he has no insulation against the cool days and cold nights of a Santa Cruz Mountains winter; and he’s not about to spend all or most of it inside! And as happy and comfortable as he’s been with his clothes so far, I know not even to try the dog sweaters and such we see in most of the stores! So it’s a treat to find a store like yours! You offer stuff that’s obviously well-made, affordable, apparently comfortable, and probably won’t embarrass him – or us! ; and you seem happy to provide long-distance sizing advice!
My intent with this e-mail was to say a brief “Thank You” ... and this certainly didn’t turn out to be brief! Somehow all the rest of the words just flowed as if on their own. As I pause, tell myself I’m a real motor-mouth, and start to drastically edit – and realize how much I – we – appreciate you for the intangible extras not included in your catalog. Never did I dream, in the previous 30 years of dog companions ~ a Benji-type terrier, Newfie/lab mix, Doberman, Great Dane/St. Bernard mix, her daughter w/ German SH Pointer added, and a Shephard/Dobie father & daughter … all of whom lived long, happy, somewhat pampered & spoiled, well-loved lives, that I would be shopping on-line for our dog’s toys & treats; for special bedding; for shirts, jackets & even hats!; for those same items designed for Halloween & Christmas; and for all the above with Harley colors, or as copies of HD products, with the HD logo – officially licensed by Harley-Davidson! Or that I’d actually be considering getting the dog a dresser! Now I think, “Why not?” I see how much fun this is for Levi and me. How much it strengthens our bond. How much I enjoy this. (I’m NOT your typical shopper!) ! Much credit goes to eBay for its concept that encourages interaction before, during, and after all sales. But it’s the stores like yours, and the folks like you and the others at PPE, who obviously love animals, and who make the difference with your friendly approach, your enjoyment of what you’re doing, and your commitment to making this work, that make it both easy, fun, and special for the rest of us. I cannot thank you enough. I received the package this morning/afternoon!!!! I am very very pleased and extremely impressed. Most companies would say they were going to send it out, and I would have ended up without on Saturday. I got a small and my shih tzu is 9 lbs. It fits very nicely. I thought it might be a little big but it fits well. I think his fur makes him fill out the tux. I'm a little lost as to how the top hat is supposed to stand up straight, but maybe some cardboard inside of it will work. I just could not believe that knock on the door this morning was the tux sent priority mail because I had told a few people that I had tried to order one but wasn't sure if it would make it in time. There's nothing worse than finding out two days before the wedding that your dog's tux won't fit. I had purchased a doggie tux from another
vendor, ordered it way in advance....got the largest size available since our pup is a big 1.5 yrs old. According to the measurements, It was supposed to fit but didn't, and all I could find was the same manufacturer's tux at other on-line stores. Knowing this wouldn't work, and no stores in town had anything resembling a dog tux, I was starting to think our pup wouldn't be dressed for the occasion, this was not acceptable. So, I began a frantic search, scouring the web for any inkling of other doggie tuxes out there.......and found Parti Poodle. They had the same manufacturer's tux, but also a second manufacturer's product that was even higher in quality and would be a better chance at being the right fit.
The gentleman that helped me was very accommodating, he knew our situation and offered the right information just when I needed it. Not only that, he made sure the shipment went out the same day. The mail had already been picked up, but he made sure the parcel was sent that day...regardless. Talk about Texas hospitality... The package arrived to us in California the next day (a day before our wedding) as promised.
Bristow, our labrador retriever was groomed the morning of, fed a couple of Benadryl (per the vet's suggestion) to subside the hyperness, and looked absolutely dashing that day. He was my second best man, and performed beautifully. I'm enclosing a couple of pictures, feel free to share them as a result of what your great customer service can make happen. We're happy.....Bristow is certainly happy.... and not just because of the Benadryl, although he probably had a nice hangover the next morning.
